IN AS MUCH AS___________________hereafter called the "Buyer/Owner" agrees to purchase the Rottweiler described above for the sum of $________and abiding by the following warranties and conditions. This contract is being freely entered into by both parties, without any mental reservation whatsoever. Buyers Initials: ___________

1. Breeder guarantees that the above described dog is a purebred Rottweiler, with AKC registered parents, and is eligible for registration with the AKC also. The breeder also guarantees that if the buyer does not receive the AKC papers at this time, they will be provided to the owner as soon as they are received from the AKC. Buyer has received the AKC papers at this time _____________ Buyer has not received AKC papers at this time _____________ Buyer/Owner agrees that this dog is being purchased for himself/herself, and the owner also agrees to register this dog with the AKC using the Guardian Angel prefix in its registered name. 2. Breeder Guarantees the above said dog is in good health at the time of purchase (Health guarantee is for communicable diseases preventable by the breeder such as Parvo, Distemper and Corona virus ONLY. Other diseases, such as Valley fever for which the breeder can not control, are not covered. Should the pup become sick within the first two weeks of purchase from a preventable disease, the breeder will cover the vet cost for the buyer. Should the puppy die, the breeder will provide a replacement pup of the same value), and is up to date on all vaccines required, and worming required, for a dog of this age, at this time.

3. Breeder offers a guarantee against Hereditary hip Dysplaysia ONLY defined as set forth in the accompanying separate Hip Guarantee: against malformation of the hip joint, that results in serious crippling symptoms. To any dog diagnosed with moderate hip dysplaysia, this replacement guarantee does not apply. This guarantee is only applicable to the above said dog, and is only valid if each requirement in the HD guarantee contract has been met, by all parties involved. 4. Buyer/Owner agrees to provide the following care for the above said dog, and agrees to keep the dog in good housing and health. Owner will provide: 1. All vaccinations (including Rabies) 2. AKC registration 3. Micro chipping and registration (in order to validate the HD guarantee)

5. Buyer/Owner agrees to release and hold harmless Breeder and/or seller, for any and all liability, damages, or injuries, caused either directly or indirectly by the Rottweiler to any person, or animal, whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether real or personal. Furthermore, Buyer/Owner assumes full Liability for any damages or injuries, whether physical, mental, emotional, or economic, caused by the Rottweiler to any person or animal whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether real or personal, after receiving and acknowledging delivery and possession of the Rottweiler on today's date ____________ Buyers Initials: ______________

6. The Buyer/Owner agrees that should it become necessary to dispose of the animal described herein by sale or and other means of change of ownership, including if the necessity should arise to dispose of the animal by euthanasia, the Breeder, Guardian Angel Rottweilers, will be given FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL. Buyer also agrees to keep in touch with the breeder throughout the dogs' lifetime, allowing the Breeder rights to pictures and visits, which are of course agreed upon by both parties, so as to let the Breeder keep close tabs on what each individual dog is developing like, both in temperament and type. If Owner moves, Breeder shall be notified as soon as possible.

7. In the event Buyer either defaults in the payments of the entire purchase price or elects to cancel this agreement, all monies paid pursuant hereto may be retained by Seller as liquidated damages and no further action shall be maintained by either party. In the event of a default by Seller herein Buyer's sole course of action shall be to rescind this agreement and receive the return of any funds to Seller or directly expended on shipping.

We the undersigned, have read this contract, consisting of 2 pages, and so understand and agree to its terms and conditions.
